Meet the Team

LV Tech has been designed to service the systems on what is referred to as a will call system.  The Service Maintenance Agreement creates and provides a control on the maintenance of this equipment which has been the nightmare of the owners and management of these companies.

The business model we have designed is one where the burden of awareness is on the operator and the staff of the properties.  The operators are forced to commit to both preventive and curative measures for these systems which is very difficult. 

 

We have created a maintenance program where all the worry is removed and placed on our company thus providing the guests in the hotels and residents of the Assisted Living facilities the comfort and security they deserve.
